Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost and when is it calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
You'll see the final rate before payment. All product prices already include tax — you won’t pay extra VAT or GST on shipping.
How long will my MagnetMate order take to arrive?
Once you place your order, we dispatch from Melbourne, typically within 1–2 business days. Australian standard delivery takes around 3–5 business days.
For international orders, expect longer transit times depending on the carrier, with full tracking provided via email. (Exact times vary by region.)
Can I track my shipment and what happens if I'm not home?
Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Carriers may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor if you're not home.
Alternatively, you can collect it from a local depot. If there are any delivery issues (e.g. misdelivery or delay), reach out via the Contact Us page — we're happy to help sort it out quickly.

Warning - Watch your Fingers
The magnets are very strong please watch the videos on how to separate the clips and reattach the 2 halves back together.
The gap between the plates is only 10mm and it is easy to jam a finger in between.
The MagententMate clips use powerful magnets to securely attach to the presenter’s clothing. However, be cautious when separating and reattaching the halves.
Watch the instructional videos before disconnecting or reconnecting the clip components. They show proper hand positioning and technique for safe disengagement.
The gap is only 10 millimeters between the plates, so don’t jam your finger between the plates. Forcingly separating the clips can cause injuries.
Familiarise yourself with the proper clip handling procedures from the manufacturer’s guidance videos. Using the correct technique is essential to avoid harm when attaching or detaching the pack.
How strong are the magnets?
Like anything they do have their limits and under extreme conditions they may come apart.
We recommend rehearsing any extreme sequences to ensure they will hold.
Best way to attach transmitter pack.
When attaching to the presenter, first fit the outer clip to the pack, them slide the other half under the fabric holding the inner clip tab upwards. .Align the two clips and join.
The key points are:
- Separate lapel clip halves
- Fit outer clip to the pack
- Slide inner clip, tab upwards under fabric
- Align the two halves and join together
If the pack is sitting high on the presenters clothing with the antenna visible over the shoulder you can invert the pack buy removing the pack clip and turning up-side down.
How to separate
To safely separate the magnets, the recommended approach is to first twist and slide one side off, before fully pulling the magnets apart. This technique is especially effective when the magnets are attached to clothing.
When reattaching the magnets, be sure to "watch your fingers" to avoid pinching.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. You’ll get a full refund minus return shipping costs. Just email us with your order number to get started.
What if my item arrives damaged?
