Order Processing

We will do our best to ship within 24 hours, however please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!


Shipping

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Any duties, taxes, or fees are:

  • Set by the destination country's customs authority
  • Collected by local customs or the delivery carrier
  • The responsibility of the recipient

For customers in the European Union, this typically includes local VAT, and in some cases a carrier handling or clearance fee.

Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure what charges may apply.

We are working to include import duties and taxes at checkout, however the current cost to do so would increase freight costs by 300% — well above what most customers would actually pay locally. We will update this as better options become available.

We have looked at collecting duties and taxes at checkout. The options currently available would add far more to your total than you would typically pay on delivery, so for now any charges are settled directly with your local customs authority or delivery carrier. In most cases this works out cheaper for you.


Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@magnetmate.au with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
