Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@magnetmate.au. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on custom or engraved orders, sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item before purchasing.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement. Contact us at info@magnetmate.au and we'll guide you through the process.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
