Shipping to the EU: a quick note before you order

From 1 July 2026, the EU removed the duty-free threshold on incoming parcels. Every order now attracts VAT plus a flat customs duty, regardless of value.

That changes what it actually costs to get a MagnetMate product to your door. Rather than guess at a markup and get it wrong, we'd rather quote you properly.

What this means for your order

Pricing for EU orders is being handled manually for now, so the price you see on the product page isn't the final landed cost for an EU delivery.

Email us your order and we'll send back a quote that includes VAT, duty, and shipping. No surprises at customs, no guesswork on our end.
